M. Marcus was established over eighty years ago as a traditional brass founder, and from the very beginning it has been committed to quality both in its products and its customer service.

Our Associations

Staff Training
Our Team undergo internal training as identified by their learning needs for their Continual Professional Development (CPD). As well as the interview selection process, there is an induction process and an ongoing training & development programme during the probationary period, which continues as our ranges develop or to reflect any changes in product certification etc. A skills training matrix record is maintained on our internal M Marcus Dashboard for competencies levels and flexibility of resources for business continuity. This is integral to our Quality Management processes and for providing good, stable and reliable service.

We have an approved suppliers listing of which our suppliers’ performances and credibility are evaluated, and performance reviews are also conducted with our chosen third party carriers of the despatched goods to our customers.
Quality Assurance
